Working Principle
The NTP Series Pneumatic Piston Vibrator generates vibration through the reciprocating movement of an internal piston driven by compressed air. Inside the aluminum housing, the piston moves back and forth continuously to produce stable impact force, which is then transmitted to the mounted equipment surface. By adjusting the air pressure, users can regulate vibration frequency and amplitude to match different working conditions.
This structure is especially suitable for applications where direct impact vibration is needed to improve bulk material movement. It helps break material buildup, reduce wall adhesion, and support smoother discharge in bins, hoppers, silos, and vibrating equipment. With its compact body, corrosion-resistant aluminum housing, and long-life internal grease design, the NTP Series is a practical solution for continuous industrial use.
