Working Principle

The DL Series Pneumatic Aeration Pad is an economical and practical flow-aid device designed to break bridging and improve material discharge in pipelines, hoppers, and silos. The air nozzle uses polymer-based disc material and can be easily installed on the wall of the pipeline or bin. During operation, compressed air is released through the pad to create gentle and uniform airflow, which helps loosen bulk material and improve its flowability.

By combining vibration-like flow aid with jet-assisted aeration, the aeration pad effectively reduces arching, rat-holing, and material buildup. It is especially suitable for powders and granular materials with relatively low blockage degree, allowing materials to discharge more smoothly from different types of bins and storage vessels.
