Working Principle
Magnetic flap level meter is the use of bulk tube and tank (or container equipment) to form a communicating device, so that the level of the two is the same. Under the action of liquid buoyancy, when the liquid level rises or falls, the float in the liquid surface rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel in the float, under the action of magnetic coupling, drives the magnetic red and white flip beads to rotate 180°.
Through this process, the liquid level height can be clearly and intuitively indicated by the scale and the red-white dividing line on the panel. When equipped with a remote transmitter and magnetic switch, the instrument can also output 4-20mA signal or switch signal, making it suitable for remote monitoring and control applications.
