Working Principle
The SHY Series Pressure Transmitter is a device that converts pressure into a standard electrical signal for control and remote transmission. It is mainly composed of a piezoresistive semiconductor bridge pressure sensor. When pressure is applied to the isolation diaphragm, the pressure is transmitted through silicone oil to the semiconductor sensing element. The unbalanced voltage generated at both ends of the bridge is amplified and then converted into a standard output signal such as 4-20mA, so that the measured pressure can be displayed, transmitted, and used for process control.
