Working Principle

The SHZ Series Electromagnetic Flow Gauge is an intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter developed for conductive liquid measurement. It works based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When conductive liquid flows through the measuring tube inside the magnetic field, an induced voltage signal is generated in proportion to the flow velocity. The converter processes this signal and converts it into a readable and transmissible flow output.
The instrument adopts an advanced converter structure with fast calculation speed, high precision and reliable measuring performance. Its sensor uses non-uniform magnetic field technology and a special magnetic circuit structure, helping the magnetic field remain stable during operation. This design makes the product suitable for continuous flow monitoring of conductive liquids in industrial pipelines.
