Working Principle
The tuning fork level switch operates by vibrating a fork element at a specific resonance frequency. When the fork is exposed to air, it vibrates freely. Once the material covers the fork, the vibration frequency changes due to the damping effect of the material.
The electronic circuit detects this frequency change and converts it into a switching signal, which can be used to trigger alarms, control systems, or process automation equipment.
