SLD Capacitive Level Switch
The SLD Capacitive Level Switch developed by S·HAO is designed for reliable level detection of liquids, powders, and granular materials in industrial processes.
The device operates based on capacitance measurement technology. When the material level changes, the dielectric constant around the probe changes, which results in a change in capacitance detected by the electronic circuit.
This change is converted into a switching signal for level control, alarms, or process automation systems.

Working Principle
The capacitive level switch measures the change in capacitance between the probe and the container wall. When the material comes into contact with the probe, the dielectric constant changes, causing a variation in capacitance.
The electronic control unit detects this variation and triggers the relay output signal, which can be used for level alarms or automatic process control.
