The SLC Advanced Rotary Paddle Level Switch is developed for reliable level detection in powders, granules, pellets, and bulk solid storage systems. Working Principle

  • The internal motor drives the paddle blade to rotate continuously at 1 RPM when no material reaches the blade.

  • When powder, pellets, or granular materials contact the paddle, the blade stops rotating due to material resistance.

  • The internal mechanism immediately sends a switching signal to activate alarms, stop conveyors, or control feeding equipment.

  • Once the material level drops below the detection point, the paddle automatically resumes rotation and returns to normal operation.

  • This simple mechanical principle ensures long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.
